Meeting was called to order at 09:00 by President Bauer. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited.

The treasurers report was read and accepted.

There were two visitors in attendance, Peter Kite from upper New York state whom has moved to Bartow, and Jim Cress from EAA in Oshkosh.

It was discussed that there were many changes to Sun n Fun this year , these include:

1. The Flymart has moved down to where the old maintenance building used to be.

2. There will be an aircraft auction where the light twins used to be parked.

3. The name has been changed to “The Sun n Fun International Fly In and Expo”

It was reported that the tie downs are in. Myself, Dike Creswell and Luke Bowman volunteered to collect them. Volunteer forms were distributed.

$12.50 was collected from the 50/50 and donated back into the chapter. Tom Olson donated a car-phone adapter and a number was drawn for the winner.
